Aldborough E-ACT Free School is a school judged to be good by Ofsted (Feb 2013).
Our goal is to develop learners who are able to exercise increasing levels of independence and who are confident in their own ability to learn and be successful.
Our School is one of the first Free Schools in the country. It opened for business on first September 2011, with sixty pupils in Reception and sixty pupils in Year 1. The School will grow each year by admitting sixty pupils until 2016 when there will be 420 in Reception to Year 6.
E-ACT has 31 open Academies in the country – both primary, secondary and all-through. Pupils at these Academies make significant progress. Pupils at our School will be no different.
